Reconstruction Project Manager Job Description

Starting At: $75,000/year*

We are looking for a reconstruction project manager to join our reconstruction services team who follows our core values of honesty, transparency, and doing the right thing.

*Pay increases with experience

Responsibilities:

Inspecting Fire & Water damaged properties

Determining Reconstruction Scope of Work

Preparing a detailed Xactimate estimate for reconstruction to be performed

Creating and maintaining job budgets

Managing all phases of the construction project.

Annotating job file

Coordinating with reconstruction department on project completion.

Requirements:

Xactimate experience 5 years preferred

Previous industry experience in a Foreman or PM role required

Billingual (preferred)
